Dr. Jörg Winkler

Dr. Jörg Winkler is a partner at HSP Rechtsanwälte GmbH and heads the firm's Private Clients Team. The focus of his work is on legal advice to private clients (high-net-worth individuals) with regard to residence and citizenship as well as real estate investments, corporate structuring or takeovers, tax planning and financial criminal law. Another focus of his work is advising on the safeguarding of private assets as well as the protection of succession. 

After completing his law degree at the University of Vienna, Winkler began his doctoral studies, which he also completed at the University of Vienna. In the course of his research activities he spent one year in Rome at the Università di Roma "La Sapienza". He joined HSP.law in 2005 and became a partner of the firm three years later.
