Markus Busta

Markus Busta is a partner at HSP Rechtsanwälte GmbH and heads the firm's public law team. His main focus is on public law real estate project development, primarily in the areas of public building law, zoning law and industrial plant law. In the field of civil law, he and his team also advise on construction contract law and numerous construction lawsuits.

Markus Busta studied law at the University of Vienna from 1996 to 2000. He then completed his court clerkship and worked in the public law area in a law firm specializing in environmental law before joining HSP.law as a salaried partner after passing the bar exam in 2005. In 2011, he became a partner of HSP Rechtsanwälte GmbH and has since headed the public law team at HSP.law.
