Wilhelm Huck

Wilhelm Huck specializes in litigation in contentious and non-contentious matters, in particular in tenancy and residential real estate law, employment and social security law, IP, IT & telecommunications law, as well as in construction and real estate law. Mag. Huck advises clients in all legal matters in connection with legal notices of termination, tenancy and eviction actions, applications for maintenance work, etc. and represents clients in disputes both before the civil courts and before arbitration boards.

After studying law in Vienna, he initially spent five years working at the Tenants' Association of Austria as a senior lawyer and specialist supervisor. Wilhelm Huck joined HSP.law in 1999 and became a partner in 2005.
