Mag. Simon Gruber advises clients on all matters relating to residence and settlement law, immigration and asylum law, and citizenship law. A particular focus of his work is supporting private individuals and companies in relocation to Austria as well as establishment and implementation of business activities. Before joining HSP Rechtsanwälte GmbH in 2022, Simon Gruber held a senior position in the field of migration at the Austrian Federal Ministry of the Interior. This experience provides him with a unique perspective on administrative procedures and decision-making processes and enables him to provide clients with strategically sound and practical advice.
