Matea Plavotic

Matea Plavotic is a partner in the real estate team and advises clients on all legal aspects of the real estate industry. The focus of her work is on transactions, financing and real estate project development. Another focus is the legal support of complex M&A transactions as well as company formations and restructurings.

During her law studies at the University of Vienna, Matea Plavotic worked as a legal assistant in a renowned law firm in Vienna. She spent her training period as an associate at HSP.law and another renowned business law firm, where she gained experience in public and civil commercial law (focus on real estate law), corporate law, M&A as well as legal support of start-ups. She has been a partner at HSP Rechtsanwälte GmbH since July 2023.
